The first morning I brewed this coffee, I just needed something to get me going. But one sip in, and I paused. It wasn’t just “good”; it was comforting. The roast leaned more toward a smooth, mellow medium with no bitterness, just rich flavor and an easy finish.

I even brewed a pot for my parents, who aren’t picky coffee drinkers but usually prefer something milder and less bold. They both genuinely enjoyed it and even asked what kind it was—always a good sign.

It’s now my go-to for slow weekend mornings and busy workdays alike. Whether I’m sipping it black while answering emails or pairing it with breakfast on the porch, it hits that sweet spot every time. Balanced, flavorful, and totally reliable.
