These producers practice regenerative organic agriculture, emphasizing soil health, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration. By using natural composts, shade-grown systems, and clean washed processing, the cooperative produces coffees with exceptional sweetness and clarity while restoring the vitality of the land for future generations.
