The ASOTBILBAO Cooperative unites more than 80 smallholder farmers in the lush foothills of Tolima, Colombia. These producers practice regenerative organic agriculture, emphasizing soil health, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration. By using natural composts, shade-grown systems, and clean washed processing, the cooperative produces coffees with exceptional sweetness and clarity while restoring the vitality of the land for future generations.

Coffees from Tolima, Colombia are renowned for their balanced acidity, honeyed sweetness, and fruit-forward complexity. Nestled between volcanic peaks and fertile valleys, the region’s cool climate and rich loamy soils create vibrant flavor expressions that define Colombia’s emerging regenerative coffee movement.
