Producer

Regional Smallholders — Mogiana, São Paulo, Brazil
Sourced from smallholder farms across the Mogiana region on the São Paulo–Minas Gerais border, this coffee represents the heart of Brazil’s specialty Arabica production. Grown on gently rolling hills under consistent sunlight, the cherries are selectively handpicked and naturally processed for sweetness and body. Producers in this region emphasize sustainability and soil health, preserving the balanced chocolate and nutty character Mogiana is known for.

Coffees from Mogiana, Brazil are prized for their smooth, full-bodied profile with notes of milk chocolate, toasted nuts, and mild fruit sweetness. The area’s rich clay soils, moderate altitude, and ideal dry harvest season create consistently clean, balanced cups that showcase Brazil’s classic comfort-coffee appeal.
