Why "less caffeinated"?
Similar to an NA beverage exhibiting trace amounts of alochol our decaf it's not completely without caffeine, but certainly below a discernable measure. The White Label is here to make "less caffeinated" something to be excited about! We've heard on far too many occasions people's distaste for decaf and we took it upon ourselves to go on a side quest to roast something that we can enjoy. For those moments when we need another warm cup but not the buzz, this is your selection.
What's the Swiss Water® Process?
There are a number of ways to decaffeinate coffee and this particular method is one we are particularly preferential to by it's chemical-free approach!@ The Swiss Water® Process uses pure green coffee extract and proprietary carbon technology to remove caffeine from green coffee beans. Swiss Water® has specified the pore size of the carbon to match the caffeine molecule to ensure only the caffeine is trapped when the caffeine is captured from the green coffee extract. The Swiss Water® Process is certified organic and 100% chemical free.
