Jaider and Johan are smallholder producers from the lush hills of Huila, Colombia. Their farms sit high in the Andes, where cool nights and steady rainfall slow cherry maturation—intensifying flavor and sweetness. With a focus on selective handpicking and careful fermentation, they craft coffees that express clarity, balance, and the rich biodiversity of their volcanic soil.

What is cofermented coffee?

Cofermented coffee refers to a processing method where coffee beans are fermented together with other ingredients, such as fruits, spices, or botanicals, during or after the primary fermentation stage. The goal is to enhance or alter the flavor profile of the coffee in a deliberate, often experimental way. We've had some excited offerings from Colombia and they just keep on hitting. This is a perfect gateway to trying cofermenting coffee if you have not been able to experience one from us in the past as the expressions are not to overwhelming and the profile offers familiar tastes (like 7UP!).

What is Gesha coffee?

Gesha (or Geisha) coffee is a rare and highly prized coffee variety known for its extraordinary floral, tea-like, and complex flavor profile. It originates from Ethiopia but gained global fame after being cultivated in Panama, where it produced exceptional quality in the volcanic soils and high altitudes.

A "nomad" is a coffee drinker that thrives on discovery. They're not tied to one flavor, origin, or roast--they chase the thrill of the new, the rare, the wild. Every cup is a chance to roam.
