Stretching across fertile highland slopes, the farm practices full traceability from seed to export. Through selective handpicking, meticulous washed and natural processing, and raised-bed drying, Kayon Mountain produces vibrant, layered coffees that reflect Ethiopia’s high-altitude terroir and artisan precision.


Region

Coffees from Guji, Ethiopia are prized for their complexity, floral aromatics, and sweet fruit tones. The region’s rich volcanic soil, cool mountain climate, and high elevation nurture heirloom varietals that yield flavors of jasmine, peach, and honey with a clean, tea-like finish.
