This exceptional coffee comes from the Banko Chelchele community in Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region. Smallholder farmers cultivate heirloom varietals at high elevations using traditional handpicking and careful washed processing. Each lot is sun-dried on raised beds under constant supervision to ensure a clean, expressive cup. The producers’ dedication to precision and biodiversity protection preserves the floral and tea-like clarity that defines Yirgacheffe coffee.
